Sonic Drive-in - Austin

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don't know if someone works here. I went through the drive through say for 15 min and no one reacted over the microphone. I moved to a station and it took 20 minutes to place my order. after that I waited near an hour to come to eat. they came out several times in this order to ask what I got back. super annoyed with the service here. that happens every time I get to the sound.

Fast friendly service and order made correctly!Returned today to this location and Sarah was my car hop. She was super friendly as well as knowledgeable about everything I asked her. I will definitely try to go here when she's working, she made my visit so much better than any other locations I visit.

I ordered a shake online and for whatever reason, they couldn’t fulfill my order. They then gave me a burrito instead. Excellent customer service. 10/10

I would give this Sonic zero stars if I could. They take FOREVER even if there's only like three cars there. Workers will ignore you if you try to flag them down to ask what's taking so long. Don't waste your time or money.

This sonic has got to be the worst sonic I have ever been too, they dont even use the same ingredients as the other sonics and its not as tasty, not to mention any time I use the sonic app, I end up waiting FOREVER, and then I get my food and its cold and slushies and shakes are melted
