I had a very disappointing experience with the service during my visit on the night shift on November 9th, mainly due to Brandy and another staff member. All I wanted was a pumpkin spice latte. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went to the register to check on my order. They told me they had called it out earlier, but it had gone cold and watery because no one had picked it up. There were only about three customers in the café at the time, so it was definitely not busy. I asked them to make a fresh drink and returned to my table, where I ended up waiting another 20 minutes without any updates. When I checked in again, I found out they had completely forgotten to start making it. At that point, I had been there for an hour without receiving my drink, so I requested a refund.

Have you ever seen a store that was so crowded, with a long line of cars to match? Wow. It was Saturday morning. I ordered a drink, and it took forever to receive it. The eight employees were doing their best, but the demand was overwhelming for such a small space. I waited 20 minutes for my drink, and the total came to $6.66. Quite fitting, isn't it?

This is my favorite Starbucks of all time, and it's not just because of the coffee. The staff here is truly exceptional. While many Starbucks locations suffer from poor service, this team is fantastic every single time. Be sure to treat them well! Don't let your caffeine cravings affect how you interact with them!

Every now and then, you just need an excellent cup of coffee to start your day right, and this place definitely delivers! I've had the pleasure of being served by Lizette at the drive-thru several times, and she is absolutely delightful! The staff handles the busy times exceptionally well, and the drinks consistently taste amazing!
