Subway - Austin

The customer service was the best I've ever experienced at any Subway. I'm from California, and as soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality. I was even served my coffee at my table without having to ask for it. I've never had that kind of service at a Subway in California!

This subway is one of the better places to eat in downtown if/if you don't try to spend a fortune to eat a bite. Great quality of food. People behind the counter could always use some work. I tried to place an order online and found the store closed. I thought maybe they just didn't have to order online but so I went through the store and it was closed! At 10:15. They stood around and ignored me. It's 10:47 now and I can't order online yet. I really wanted an early lunch and wanted a subway sandwich, no matter. The road down to Newts (for the first time) and I will probably never go to subway again. Much better and cheaper! Thanks Subway!

Quite standard subway tariff, although I found the food here fresher than other sites for this chain. The staff can sometimes have a kind of kindness that can come as a fake. But this place is better prepared for downtown lunch rush than most spots, with double lines to speed things up.

If I could give a zero i would. I came here on Sunday April 15th around 2 and the staff were very slow, not very friendly, skimpy with what they put on our sandwiches even after we asked for a bit more. One staff member was obviously stoned out of his mind, they used the same dirty knives to cut all of our sandwiches, didn't change gloves and not hygienic at all. They weren't using hair nets and all of the drinks at the fountain were flat. I love subway but I'm very disappointed in the quality and service at this location.
