Subway - Austin

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience from this evening with the only employee on duty, Michael Sharpe. He truly deserves recognition. When I arrived around 8:15 PM, there were about eight customers waiting, and this young man managed to greet everyone and address each of our requests with care. He should definitely be considered for Employee of the Month. This is a perfect example of excellent customer service. Thank you, Michael, for making my sandwich just the way I wanted it!

You can never go wrong with Subway! The ingredients are always fresh, although occasionally you might encounter a bit of attitude from the sandwich artists. But we all have our off days, right? I always make sure to tip them well because they truly deserve it for their hard work. It's one of our favorite spots to relax and enjoy a sandwich. Thanks, Subway!

It seems they close at 8:27 a.m. The lady was cleaning, and the door sign states they open at 9 a.m. She removed the sign and rolled her eyes, then didn’t say a word.

I strongly advise against dining here if you care about your health. After my meal, I experienced severe food poisoning. The staff fails to clean the preparation area between making sandwiches, never changes their gloves, and the ingredients are definitely not fresh. It’s best to steer clear of this Subway. Food: 1/5

Unfortunately, they made a mistake with my Uber Eats order and forgot two out of the three items. What a disappointment!
