The worker named (L)Latise has the best customer service that I have seen in years. I worked at Nordstrom‘s for many years, so I know customer service when I tell you she does her job very very well. I think they have a super star. Keep up the good work.

Lazy worst customer service always open late always doing anything and customers are waiting. This lady is not supposed to be there. This is a fast food service. She need to be doing something else we need more staff here someone active someone understand son one that want to work not so lazy and just standing there doing nothing and open to late. This is a Airport area and the service here is so bad because of this blonde old lady can’t move a little guy by herself she need a lot of help or not to be there at all. We never went there as a Uber Driver and find her doing her job. We always wait and nobody respond to us. We always want some thing and we can’t find it all with bad service. She always complain, and she always late she always say I just got here Now it’s 1030 she supposed to open by 10 and nothing is on the bar. She still loading and she always on the phone. It’s ridiculous for a busy area.

Stale bread! Really, Subway? Service was excellent. Management on the other hand, do better. A $14 footlong (cheese extra) should have fresh ingredients.
