Feedback gevenThis particular shop is one of our Go To lunch destinations. Placed an online order today that got totally screwed up. Didn't notice until I got the order home. The receipt verified the correct order but the contents of the bag didn't match. Decided to go back after the lunchtime rush and discuss with the manager. No questions asked.She was polite, made an apology and refunded the difference. Mistakes happen. Responding like an adult and a professional makes the difference, IMHO.Of course we'll be back.
Through spotty service and forgotten ingredients, Snarf's sandwich shop earns a solid 3 out of 5. Let's start with service. When ordering, I was repeatedly asked what my order was despite already giving the details. Thus showing a lack of attention to the customer. Despite countless restatements of my order condiments were still forgotten. The thing that saved the day for me was the bread. The bread was perfectly toasted and there was just the right amount of it to nicely complement the condiments like ham and pickles. But, without mustard, everyone knows a ham sandwich cannot be complete. Snarf's you have sincerely disappointed me.
Everything came from kitchen was fresh and flavorful. Great services.
I saw that the delivery person arrived in a car, but she smiled and seemed to not speak English. I tried to find a phone number at the entrance, but there wasn’t one listed. I checked Yelp, and although a number was provided, there was no answer and no voicemail. So, to the Subway owners: here’s your opportunity to make things right. My order number is 4476A4 55 from July 20 at 10:45. If you could please refund the missing items from my card, I would be happy to update my review and add some stars.
The restaurant continues to serve a tasty sandwich at a reasonable price. The selection of meats, bread, and toppings is still impressive.
