Sunny's Backyard - Austin

The food was fantastic. I ordered the Korean BBQ chicken sandwich and Buffalo wings with ranch sauce. They also offer a fantastic happy hour menu with drink specials.

We visited this restaurant for the vegan menu options. Although we enjoyed the meals we ordered, we wished there were more options available. The menu mainly consisted of fried, spicy foods. While I don't mind indulging in junk food occasionally, I would have preferred a greater variety of choices that wouldn't aggravate my reflux. Despite this, the food was delicious and we loved the experience of watching a movie while relaxing with beers. On a positive note, the bartender was excellent and provided great service.

I absolutely enjoyed the crispy banana peppers and the spicy baby burger. I also liked the hot chicken sandwich (Korean BBQ), but I might ask for the sauce on the side next time because it was a bit overwhelming. The fries were fantastic as well.

The Chicken Buffalo Sandwich be out of this world. The Bun and the texture of the patty are super good.

Despite the friendly staff and a cool Austin vibe, the food was a big disappointment. The Brussels sprouts salad was quite flavorful but swimming in oil. Enjoyed the waffle fries, however, even though they were a bit salty.
