Feedback gevenIt's Taco Bell! Customers should be satisfied if they receive their orders correctly. However, I was slightly disappointed by the Steak Nacho riders as they didn't look as good as they did in the advertisements.
The manager was extremely disrespectful and nobody seemed to care about the customers in the dining area. A man who was waiting patiently ended up leaving because they kept ignoring him when he asked about his mobile order. The manager claimed they couldn't put up a sign for drinks that were out of stock, but they were able to put up a sign for being out of "Mexican pizza." I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I was hesitant to revisit any Taco Bell in Austin due to past experiences and negative reviews, but my kids wanted to go so I gave it a chance. To my surprise, everything went smoothly - the service was quick, accurate, and the food was good. The manager at this location was very professional, reminding me of Gus Fring from TV, but without the drug kingpin status. Ordering from the kiosk inside was easy. However, it would be helpful if the tacos and burritos were labeled more clearly for easier distribution to the intended recipients.Overall, a positive experience.
Always in and out. Helps save a buck or two. Just remember, Pepsi soda choices. Get your hot sauce on.
If you do not introduce an order or come into a car, you will probably wait a cool minute before you notice someone. This special business gets something on my order wrong EVERY time, and shout about it, just keep me forever. I understand it's busy, but...
