Taco Bell - Austin

Absolutely the worst taco belle in the history of taco bells. ive went there at 3 pm on Saturday afternoon and they were closed. Last night at 10:50 on a Friday night they are closed. But why does anyone answer the Drive-Thru window and tell you they're closed? They still sit there, take their hourly wages and simply don't help the customers. terrible customer service, no reason why they are closed. the type will probably only be smoked in itself collect its minimum wage and note help a customer and not give a $hit. Doesn't the owner look at the register? Guys, you didn't make an order after 10:00, but open until 1:00? Why do we pay you? That's cruel. There are many taco trucks on Rundberg/lamar.

Manager said lobby was closed I asked why she said water leak .I said there's always something different every day then she said this was no place to chill I said just because I carry a backpack and not from there doesn't mean we're homeless and that we came to order. Left out went back in to take photos ..now I'm banned .I called corporate office and will continue to call till the water leak is resolve or till they leave the older woman to work alone and she closes the lobby because of her safety.this mgr. had other customers and employees...

Took 5 minutes before getting access to rest room despite no line.The answer is obvious. Hire more people. 3 isn't enough.Or leave it unlocked, still takes 15 minutes to get order some days

It was slow to bring out my order but it seem that they were short on employees. However it good.

This place has been going down hill over the years. In the past it was cool to stop by at 12 am for some late dinner but now they've been closing way early and even been messing up online orders with either missing food or accepting the order but being closed. Pulled up last night with an online order submitted, got there 10 min later, and the speaker said that they were closed. At 9 pm on a Thursday. It wasn't until AFTER I left that I got the notification that they canceled my order.
