Taco Bell - Austin

Food was fine but they told every customer that came in that they had nobody to take the order so you would have to order thru the kiosk. Which had some customers angry that could figure it out, or wanted to pay cash, or were elderly and didn't want to use it. They had 3 to 5 employees and I've worked a drive thru in the past, they never had above just three orders on their drive thru screen.

The lady at the window was ruled! and the Dinner Tacos that I ordered wasn't fixed right they was all in the bag out of the paper. I should get a refund or another order?Service: 1/5

They closed while I was still in line at 10:45pm on a Thursday. I saw someone a car ahead of me get their meal, and then the car in front of me sat at the order station for the better part of ten minutes. When I finally pulled through, I saw an employee sitting on the curb waiting for a ride. I asked if they were closed and they said Yup. I get that they are probably underemployed, but this was some mismanagement.

This location is great. They filled our order quickly and the quantity was so filling. Very delicious. One of the best Taco Belks on the East side.

My friend treated me. I didn't notice if the inside was open, it looked dark. We went through the drive thru and took it to go eat in the vehicle.The service was fast and the guy at the window was polite and the food was good. ?
