Taco Bell - Austin

I’m a loyal customer at this restaurant and absolutely love the food! It’s ideal for late-night dinners after a football game or performance, and really anytime I'm craving tacos. However, over the past few months, I’ve noticed that the hard taco shells have been soggy when I go through the drive-thru. The lettuce and other toppings, aside from the meat, haven't been very fresh, and everything tends to fall out because of the soggy shells. Even the shell in my cheesy gordita has been lacking in crunch. While I still enjoy dining here, my experience hasn't been as great lately due to the lack of crispiness in my orders. Update: I’m pleased to say their taco shells are crunchy again! Thank you for the improvement; your food has truly returned to its former glory!

Taco Bell is one of my all-time favorite places when I'm craving those "yo quiero Taco Bell" meals. My go-to orders have always been the Nachos Supreme, the bean and cheese burrito, or a crispy taco. I do wish the menu prices were still at 49 cents for crispy or soft tacos, 59 cents for bean and cheese burritos, and 69 cents for Nachos Supreme. While the prices have certainly changed, the food has consistently been fantastic.

I don't usually take the time to leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but I feel compelled to share my experiences with this Taco Bell. Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly polite and attentive. Their level of service is remarkable and unlike anything I've encountered at a fast food establishment before. I am a regular customer here and I love the food! It is perfect for a late night dinner after a football game, or performance, and only over every other time I am for some tacos. At the latest but in the last few months when I have been through Drive thru, I noticed that my hard taco shells have been soggy, salad and other toppings (except my meat) is not too fresh, and everything falls through the soggy shell. If I get the cheeky Gordita, the bowl inside is soggy. I still love going to dinner here, but not so much, since lately my orders are not as crispy as before. Update: I am pleased to report that their tacos shells are crispy again! Thank you for your improvement, your food was returned to its former glory
