Something so simple !!!!!!!! I asked for my money back and went to Coco’s cafe instead which I highly recommend it. They wam up the milk as I wanted . They were very sweet and willing to help.
Boba wasn't good. Egg pudding wasn't good. Tea wasn't good. Bought a $7 and was then told I couldn't stay because their water was out. Had to leave and drink it in 100 degree day. Avoid.
The tea is generally better than other places as they actually brew their tea. They don't use the nasty powder stuff. Generally pretty stingy on tapioca but a double order can solve that. Maybe some quality control issues from time to time (refer to picture). Didn't realize the spoon was in there until I got home as it was dark. Heard something clanking inside my cup that didn't sound like ice. It was the spoon they used to stir my drink. Now I have an extra spoon for my household.
I’ll give it five stars cause their drinks and desserts are delicious! However staff doesn’t seem too thrilled but I understand. So good!!
As a person who grew up with boba on the west coast, the order structure is counterstuitiw. my Texan friends assumed that this was always the way it was done, but it could be really much easier and get out with better results. I didn't have this problem, boba order elsewhere in austin. at my first visit I wanted to order black soldiers with boba (the most basic boba available.) I had to explain to the casser (3 times) because he did not believe it was a real drink. every time I visited after that, I try to order something on the menu and the barista does not seem to recognize even if I click on it (one of the 3) menus. every time I'm asked to build my tee with the art of tea, and they need every element they want, even if there is not an option on the creation of their teelist. you will be missing an important part of the desire, no matter what. the menu size is enormous and I really feel for the baristas. they were given an impossible task and seem overwhelmed by it. also, they will not be able to see the full menu until they actually order their items.
