Whenever I try a new food trailer, I like to start with either their house specialty or a classic item that I’m familiar with (in this case, the NY Style cheesecake). If they can nail a basic item like that, I'm more inclined to explore their more unique options. And let me tell you, after that first NY Style bite, I couldn’t get enough of their cheesecake! The talented women running this trailer have perfected the classic cheesecake and have created an array of other fantastic flavors. So far, my favorites have been the peanut butter cup, PBJ (both grape and strawberry), the Shanna (chocolate mint), and their seasonal selections of gingerbread and pumpkin pie. Thank you for bringing a little piece of heaven to Rainey Street with your trailer and allowing us all to experience such sweet joy!

But don’t worry if chocolate isn’t your thing or if you prefer classic cheesecakes. Their menu features a wide array of flavors, and their rendition of New York-style cheesecake could compete with the best out there! I realize I might be bragging a bit, but you wouldn’t get that impression from the two lovely ladies who founded and run the place. Phyllis and Kimmie embody the spirit of their 60s-themed food truck: peace, love, and joy (well, technically 'cheesecake,' but is there really a difference?!). Whether you're looking to start your night off right or finish it on a sweet note, visiting The Celia Jacobs Cheesecake Experience on 74th Rainey Street could be the best decision you make all evening!
