We were very hungry and forgot to make pictures of them. The Alaska roll and dumplings were both quite moderate, but the ruby tuna was very good. We asked if it was sashimi and were told, but it was definitely not. There were three pieces of slightly supposed tuna packed with some greens and laid on seaweed. It was very good, just not sashimi. We ordered the Katsu rays with Vermicelli noodles and the moving fry noodles with beef and the wide noodles for our ducks. They were both very good and seasoned well, although the wide noodles were a little hard to chew. The staff was very friendly.
I came to dinner on Sunday night. The room is hidden behind a wall, so I thought that this could be just a takeout restaurant. I sat and wasn't there long. I ordered the chili advertising concretes, elan soup, coconut shrimp roll, salmon and tuna nigiri, avocado roll and beef hand pulled noodles. Apart from the roles, I have to say that everything was missing from freshness. The chili competitors were very sweet, although they were in chili oil and the nigiri was matt and without taste. The rollers were pretty good and the fog soup was average. Finally the beef hand pulled noodles lacked the freshness you would expect. It was quite busy and this would have contributed to a slow service. I finished my water and it was not refilled for the majority of the meal. The experience here was missing.
Great Asian cuisine, right in the Müller area. Do you not let the outsides fool you, I went specifically to a friend recommendation and I? noodles, sushi, lunch specialties and drinks are great. Restaurant is not a big chain, small family restaurant with great tasting food.
Xian Noodle House is an amazing place and never disappointed. They are always so courteous with custom orders for children. I also recommend the Treasure Island appetizer. All right!
I?d been going to the Xian Noodle near Lakeline Mall since they took over the sushi place that used to be there. I absolutely loved it! This review is for the Mueller location. Xian has really nice, fresh made Chinese noodles in a variety of formats. My favorite dish is the Dan Dan noodles with triangle shaped noodles. The beef is very tender and flavorful, the noddles are perfectly cooked and don?t get soggy. I did ask for a bit more of the pickled vegetables and I could have used more broth but it was otherwise a wonderful dinner. I?ll be back for sure.
