Dunkin' - Austintown

This Dunkin has the worst drive-thru layout. It’s almost impossible to turn into. Its worth it to just go 3 minutes up the road to the other one.

It has happened to me not 1 time, 2 times but many times. I ask and specific during my order for adding less ice but still get full cup of ice in my drinks. The employees working there should make sure that customer gets what he/she requests.

The people are very rude the old lady at the drive thru is terrible with people and they are very cheap to charge for a water and the cream sticks never have any cream in them. I asked for a couple extra straws and they refused to give me the extra straw and said Wal Mart sells them if I want more. This is a down right bad Dunkin, avoid it if you can. I'm no longer going there.

Older lady checking us out at the drivethru was absolutely rude. She didn’t talk to us at all and just gave a nasty look. Please someone tell her when you work customer service you have to put a smile on your face at all times :

The service wasn't the greatest for me because I like when cashiers help you find out what you need, my cashier that day only wanted to take my order. Also my drinks were given to me faster than lighting but due to it they lost quality. It doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad Dunkin, I just had a bad experience that day.
