Sandwich Factory - Austintown

OMG, this place is the best, no doubt about it! If you're going to eat anywhere, you absolutely have to order from here. The bread is heavenly, and they don't even slice the meats and cheeses until you place your order. The blend of oil and vinegar is simply amazing. And the large sandwich? It's truly gigantic—one is enough to feed two teenage boys!

I spent $23 on some of the worst sandwiches I've ever had! The lettuce was brown and slimy, there were no tomatoes, and the oil and vinegar were practically non-existent. The amount of meat was minimal, and there was just one slice of cheese! The super sub, Italian sub, and meatball sub were all disgusting. I definitely will not be returning; they even charged me for a cup of ice! I should have bought a soda, but I don't drink it. My granddaughter said the meatballs tasted strange. We ended up throwing away $23 worth of food! It’s unfortunate I had to give it one star; this place deserves negative stars!

If you enjoy mushrooms, you might want to think twice about this place. My friend, who has just started working here, told me that Terry once spotted a frozen fried mushroom on the floor, picked it up, and instructed her to bag it and serve it to customers, saying it would be fine once it was put in the fryer. What kind of establishment cares so little about their customers that they serve mushrooms that have been on the floor? Additionally, it's surprising for an Italian-owned restaurant to not even make their own meatballs. There's definitely something off in Austintown.

The bread they use is amazing! The sandwiches never disappoint me. Love the fried veggies as well.

I understand that alot of places are currently short staffed. However when you walk in at 4:57p.m. and wait until 5:35 to recieve your order. Only to get home realizing that one of your sandwiches has no meat $29.00 dollars later. An when you getback speak to the manager an he approaches the situation like he knew explaining to you before you can why you're back. In myopinion makes it feel intentional. Their were other factors that took place during my wait but again I realize it became alittle busy but they shouldve never allowed me to walk out the store with unfinished product when they knew it was wrong.
