Burger King - Autauga County

My last two visits to this BK were disappointing, to say the least! The burgers were handed out the drive-thru window cold. My order was simple both times with just 2 junior Whoppers with cheese and no onions. My last visit was Saturday, July 13th, between the hours of 11:30 am and noon, a day and time that one would least expect them to serve you cold food. I realize they rely heavily on interstate traffic for business, but they definitely need to realize that they need the locals repeat business in order to stay open. Otherwise, they will go defunct like our other BK, and I would find that to just be sad! Therefore please fix this problem immediately.

Lack of customer service. Whopper Jr. has shrank in size over the years.

King of all Burger Kings Excellent Whopper Experience

Came through for an impossible burger meal. I requested to have all my food made fresh. The food was fresh. The end.

Wants 15-20 an hour but can't even get simple orders right. Some of y'all need different career paths cuz this ain't it.
