We gave this place a few chances, but eating is very mediocre. the entrecôte is not too bad, but the sweet with him is very blanching. the 25 price not worth! the pike was overcooked with a sauce that seemed like a bit saw thrown in. the mother-in-law (which is a native) has left most of it. the large garnels (gambas) were interesting and cooked in pastis. the first time that I had this, it was quite delicious, but the second time they were muddy and clear who defroze them, it filled up and guess. the same Bland-Veggies. for 25 euro. mmm. not impressed. the profiterole for dessert were openly a scandal. the ice cream was only the Bog standard. the wee is very expensive. they have a first-class tourist location opposite the cathedrale and with a terrace so in the summer it is heaving-you will have to reserve. we were 5 the last time and paid 50 euro per head with a bottle of the cheapest white, a few beers and softdrinks. they even managed to screw up the Escargot starter on your bike. a real tourist falljob. never again. unless someone pays and then a few wild horses are needed to pull me there. By the way, the service is very slow. normally wait 45 minutes for the starter in summer
I reserved a table for too. Food was still serve and the staff was polite despite uns arriving here slightly more than an hour before closing time. The food was good. We stayed on the outside terasse which offers a nice view.
We had lunch here on a rainy day. I loved the old building right next to the cathedral and was happy that they provided a baby chair. The staff was efficient and the food served rapidly. I had a snail salad which I absolutely loved,...soooo tasty! My husband and toddler had a savoury crepe which was also tasty. However it did not come with anything at all (you could add a salad for 2,50) while usually there are a few leaves of salad as garnish. We had creme brulée as dessert which was OK but I've had better. Still all in all good value for what you pay and wide choice of dishes.
The impression is that the employees really do not want to serve them their rather mediocre food. a real tourist trap that goes on because no one will eat there rwice.
