Chez Carlotta - Auxerre

A pizzeria located in a small pedestrian street. a pity however that the music a little strong will ruin the surrounding calm. for the rest, no bad surprises. a diversified pizza card (with the possibility of taking medium-sized/salade pizzas for less hungry). Other dishes and salads are also available. The cook is pretty nice and didn't hesitate to put the dish for my friend who doesn't eat bacon.

I had a lovely pizza here last week. Nice skinny soil with a delicious topping. I would have chosen the formula of a little smaller pizza with salad in it... Next time, I'll just pick pizza. So good!

Pizza was good, no more, no smaller than cooking with wood fire. On the other hand, the service is abominable, without any professionalism. the boss/server is very intrusive, removes you from water, spicy oil or basket of bread without asking you your opinion, "to avoid that one overthrows something", listens to your personal conversations, as to the boss/pizzaiolo, who lacks all the know-how, it will not hesitate to ask you personal questions about your origins and will not make any case of your scapego

Nice setting in a nice little street. the reception is courteous, the menu is ally but unfortunately the pizza without taste. The dough is barely raised, thin and scary. Fortunately, the filling is generous but without a spice, weed to raise the thing a little (spicy oil is however proposed).

A nice and cozy restaurant with excellent pizzas in a proper wood burn oven. Prices were very reasonable and service friendly and fast.
