A happy blow I stole here. I tasted the best gnocchi ever. I really enjoyed it and even finished all the bread, the sauce was so delicious. Even make a way to enjoy Rhis court!

The first time my wife and I stopped by at this place it was just by chance. We were warmly welcomed by the chef and the service staff. All of us, including our dog, felt immediately at home. The food (traditional Tessin dishes) was great, the value for the money was definitively good.

After a long hike it was nice to step into this warm and welcoming grotto. The polenta dishes were exactly what we needed after a day a spent outdoors. We started off with a local bitter lettuce and salametti both were excellent. We definitely recommend you also try the polenta with melted blue cheese (whereas the polenta with mushrooms was a bit dry). While this is clearly a place for tourists some of the guests were locals and it has kept its authentic charm. The service was friendly and helpful and we were even offered a small nightcap on the house.
