When we get there, we see the master's passion. He welcomes you for his travels from his dishes, from his origins. The kitchen is entirely made home. One of the very good Avignon table, speciality of Lyon, simplicity of reception, a crab cake with an unmatched green lemon sauce, a chicken with bites to fall, a white cheesecake with a rhubarb dessert .... a real pleasure.
