Colarusso's Cafe - Avoca

Colarusso is our go-to spot when we're unsure about where to eat. They offer a wide selection of delicious square pizzas—especially the excellent double crust white—along with a comprehensive Italian and seafood menu that includes appetizers, salads, and full bar service. The food is fantastic, the portion sizes are just right, and the prices are very reasonable. Last Sunday, we enjoyed a large family gathering with 19 people, ranging from 4 to 90 years old, and everyone loved their meals. Our waitress, Sandy, was wonderful—she was attentive and accommodating throughout our visit. With great food and excellent service, it truly was a memorable dining experience!

Wonderful service and even better food! The owners and staff are incredibly kind. The tomato basil pizza is the best I've ever had—it's absolutely delicious! I really wish they would open a location in State College; it would be my go-to spot. My only complaint is about one waitress, Marisa. It was a bit of an awkward encounter when she accused me of something bizarre regarding a lemon. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Overall, a perfect 10/10!

Great place clean, friendly staff, Joe the chef is amazing and a great friend and the food is fantastic and I am very anal about food after I in the restaurant store most of my life. I recommend checking this place.

5 stars everytime! Antipasto will never compare anywhere else. Fresh tomato and garlic pizza, like none other! Love the service! Very attentive and very friendly! Worth every penny.
