My partner and I stopped in here for breakfast this morning and we both thought it was such a wonderful place. The food was fantastic... and sooooo beautifully presented!!! The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff were really friendly. It was so nice to see the chef happily chatting away with the customers as he cooked. Even though I loved the food I wasn't able to finish my whole meal... and as we were getting into our car the chef ran out to make sure we had definitely enjoyed our pancakes just because we didn't eat it all). I felt so bad because the food was delicious... I'm just one of those people who doesn't eat big in the morning. It was so nice he cared enough to come out to check with us and see if there was anything he could have done different which of course there was not). Thanks again for the great service and wonderful food... I hope I didn't come across as rude by not finishing my meal :

I’ve been lucky enough to travel all around the world but I’ve never loved food as much as what Luke creates right here on the Central Coast! My mouth is always having a party with all of the amazing flavours that go into one dish, as well as lots of love! I promise you would never know it’s vegan! I’m so happy to be home so that I can keep coming back here to enjoy delicious and nutritious food at a fab price!

We had a great night out for valentine's. I am not strictly vegan, but found the food amazing and well presented, grest vibes with accoustic musicians playing. The by day Cafe, definitely is a contender in the restaurant game. Have you ever wondered how good vegan food could really taste? It is better tasting, and better for you, with the added benefit of being cruelty free at the same Time. It is great to see some great vegan food, or just a great restaurant outside of umina for a change for locals to expand their taste buds and minds.

We took two friends for their first vegan meal and they were stoked.The flavours, sauces and presentation blew them away : We knew what to expect already ; the Big V burger's and burrito's were all delightful, fresh juices amazing and we had 4 different cakes and slices to share for dessert, they were so impressed they asked us to book the Italian night for the 4 of us :

This place is amazing! The food, the staff and the atmosphere here is so relaxing and beautiful. Highly recommended!
