It is so beautiful to have pizza on a large place on the grass in a warm summer night! I am sure this restaurant has even more to offer, but it was a good option for a pizza.

I hate to write bad crispy, but at the same time we must be fair. this place is really not very good for eating in all I fear. we booked earlier and at the arrival were in a table directly next to a...night light (in a restaurant outdoors), that meant that the table (and we) were covered in small night flies. we wanted to move and they had no space available so that we escaped in a small table, hidden near the air vent. the menu, which was extensive, seemed in writing but unfortunately not quite the same as the description. I ordered the pasta thrive and aubergine on a bed basilikum. what actually arrived (and then went back to the kitchen) was a plate of very soggy pasta (to the point where it was water on my plate as sauce) with a few leaves basilikum, badly boiled (and cut) aubergine, and burst everywhere. the pasta had no taste and was covered in petersilie (not described in the menu). to round it, this was done with a balsam glaze. for a pasta bowl?! I am more Italian and expected to return to eating. my man ordered thunfish with onion sauce...the reality was over boiled thunfisch steak with raw twee (not sose) under tuna.again, not quite what was described. the appetizers (Arabcini balls) were so greasy that I had to use my serviette to dry the frittier oil and that were not fresh but frozen. the service was great! Our waitress was really apologetic, did not charge us for the pasta and tried to find a solution for my dinner. the venue itself is big (maybe too big) but the love for detail is not amazing. I had much better eating in this part of Sicily and unfortunately this restaurant would not recommend.

Book this place after a TripAdvisor rating that it reviews over 4 stars. Well, I might be a bit more demanding, Italian, but this vote is far above reality. 20 minutes to get appetizers, 1 hour for the first cursor, risotto mantecato...(milanese) that are not and trofie pasta mixed with spaghetti are for me clear signs of service and kitchen that the dinge with and do not put any effort in quality. the food quality was ok and en par for a pizzeria place, they also serve pizza on the way, but certainly not top quality. there are so many great places less than a mile away that they need to wonder why wasting time to eat ok and get long waiting times. look at other places for dinner to remember and a great Sicilian food experience.

Let's start with the nice stuff. Location is pleasant an service is quite attentive, the fish was fresh and it wold be a nice place. HOWEVER we wanted to have some fish but we have been told there is no written fish menu so the...waiter listed all available options without mentioning any cost. We ordered starters and a main course (pasta with seafood), starters were nice (as said fish was fresh) but we had to wait a lot for starters based on raw fish. Main course was good, but nothing special or unforgettable, you can do the same easily at home and I'm sure quantity would be much more reasonable. The bill was a very bad surprise, we didn't receive the details of each line we ordered an was 40 Eur each, unexpected and much higher of the restaurant in the area. We appreciated the fresh ingredients but those prices (btw unknown so far as no menu, no details) are much (way too much) higher than other locations. It was misleading and not fair, and we want to warn this to avoid same bad experience especially to foreigners.

Overall food quality was ok and en par for a pizzeria place , they also serve Pizza by the way, but certainly not top quality. There are so many great places less than a mile away that you need to ask yourself why wasting time to get ok food and long waits. Just look elsewhere for a dinner to remember and a great Sicilian food experience.
