Always great service and wonderful products. The family owners have offered top-notch quality for many years.Kid-friendliness: My kids love it.

Unfortunately each time ordering from door dash, with the Reeses Sundae Dasher.. They do not make it as Carvel requires them. In person this happened as well. If you look at the picture and ingredient list of this sundae it has peanut butter and hot fudge. They only do peanut butter and not hot fudge. The only reason I can imagine they are doing this is to save money, but that is not right when I am paying for a specific product that they are supposed to sell me, and are not. It is also what makes the Reeses Sundae what is should be and without all of the ingredients it does not taste as it should. We will not be ordering from this Carvel anymore unfortunately, unless we are in person. And no there was not extra peanut butter to make up for the loss of hot fudge, so it really it is upsetting to pay for something I am not getting.

Love their ice creams, shakes, and ice cream cakes. Staff in Carvel Avon is awesome.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend the sundae dashers!

Clean store nice people. Great Carvel products. I had a coffee malted and it was fantastic.
