Mcdonald's - Avon

We did our daughter's birthday there today and I have to say between the crew and management they really did us good. I mean it's McDonald's so you know what McDonald's food is about. But the service we got today was excellent. I cannot thank them more and appreciate the service .

First, the cashier will not listen to you when you are giving her your order and even if you try to correct her, she still will not listen to you. The mail cashier must have known how inattentive the other cashier was so he took her place when we ordered dessert and he was very nice and friendly. Their ketchup is thin and runny and kind of sour, so it might be spoiled. The best thing they have going for them is the play place.. It's a lot of fun and the kids loved it.

Went through the drive through and the poor young guy that took our order had a lot of issues taking our order. But that's ok perhaps he's new. He was friendly and quick taking our money. That made up for difficulty ordering. The lady who gave us our items was also friendly and our iced coffees were perfect!

Mobile app is more convenient for me, food is fresh. Fries were not done all of the way this time. But all over good.Parking: Have 2 accesses to get in, corners are usually somewhat easier to enter and exit. Watch the curb it is not smooth at all and you, the food and passengers are shaking up if u don't just slowly roll up in the enter n exit the bldg.

Most the workers are lazy, and don’t know how to do their jobs! So unprofessional!!!
