O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Avon

I had lunch today, July 26, 2022, at the Avon, Indiana location. The service was excellent; we were seated and took our orders quickly, and the restaurant was nice and clean. However, three of us ordered salads, and all of them were made with wilted, brown, and nearly rotten greens. I'm very disappointed and won't be returning.

Service terrible. The waitress threw practically things on the table when she ordered from We all soup and salad. Probably potato soup. Without potatoes. Was more like very salty cheese sauce. None of us ate it. But was still accused. It wasn't even so busy. I guess I can see why

My friend I came to eat at this location before his flight took off around 2p and we had a really good time. This 5 star review is for the hard working women who although we?re extremely short staffed, we?re able to handle and manage the entire restaurant which became unusually busy around lunch time on 3/31/2022 around 12p noon! There was a young Hispanic girl folding silverware seating guests near the front entrance while another young lady and our waitress Lauren managed serving us and the rest of the guests! Kudos to the chefs in the kitchen for showing up as well! A raise in pay acknowledgement for outstanding customer service on the behalf of the O?Charley?s Staff should be done! My only areas for critique would be the following: be sure to greet every single guest who enters the store and also be sure to wipe down and clean the clear window like separators that separate every table!

This one of the best restaurants in Indianapolis. They have the best food that no one can make like it. Professional services and staff. The chef is the best cooker at all. The drinks and the soft drinks are the best. In short cut, the are all what you looking for if you are hungry or with someone you love. I don't visit the restaurant, but my brother is student there and I trust his tastes. Thanks to everyone and have a nice meal in the best restaurant.

I went to my favorite restaurant last week for my 17th birthday, and the waiting staff was incredibly sweet! They took great care of my family and me, wished me a happy birthday, and even surprised me with a free piece of cake! The rolls there are DELICIOUS! It's definitely worth a visit.
