Subway - Avon

The man with the glasses that worked, just started screaming at the Arabic girl while we tried to enjoy our lunch. then he started to cuddle her while in the dining room was a child. that was very unprofessional, and he went out. it has scared us, however, that he retaliate, so that we decided to go too. That wasn't okay.

The food was good but the customer service was not so much. He may have had a bad day but he was grouchy irritated about being there.

Owner doesn't take Subway coupons. You have that right. I have the right to go to another restaurant.

Maybe new owners? Not sure but something has changed for the worst. Subway is not the go to place for subs. Jerseys mikes or Firehouse are much better choices. Subway is ok with coupons or deals. If they don't accept the coupons then the subpar service and ok food is not worth it. I asked what is different on the new Italian sub and they said it's the same. The store has signs all over about the new Italian BMT. I know good help is hard to find but this was the manager or owners family. I'll take my money elsewhere.

They had order ready to go, I had ordered wrong drink they took care of me and helped me get back to my crazy day and helped make my lunch a lot less crazy. Thank you so much !!
