The Rush Inn Grille - Avon

The food was excellent!! And service was great! Will definitely return

We have gone here a few times now, and have always had GREAT food and service. On one occasion, my daughter and I were out to dinner and it take take longer than usual to get our meal. Our waiter and the manager apologized and comped our WHOLE meal! We never complained, nor asked to be comped they acknowledged that they noticed we waited too long and came to us. We didn't even realized how much time had passed because we were gabbing :

Went in on Saturday. They were not busy. We were seated and menus thrown at us. Waited at least 15 minutes and no server for drinks or lunch order. We left after telling them our problem, not even an apology was offered. If you want any food I would suggest somewhere else.

Service was a little slow but staff was very friendly. Food as always tasted very good. Sat on The patio and they had a duet playing music...they were excellent. Very enjoyable.

1st visit was terrible 2 of our dishes were completely wrong from the menu description so it was on the cooks, the owner Kenny refused the server to allow us to have coffee without cinnamon, the remake came out and the steak was supposed to be well med rare, but instead the steak was like beef jerky also wings were undercooked. 2nd visit it was maybe 10 tables in the whole restaurant and it took an hour to bring us food our server matt/texas paid our tab out his pocket. so it made up for it. 3rd visit we asked for the same waiter but the short haired manager wouldnt allow it and was very rude about it and walked away without explanation. The girl we had was awesome the food tasted good came out good but all of us end up sick that night or the next morning. not coming back
