China Chef - Avon Lake

It seems this restaurant has undergone some changes. The food quality has declined. Last night, I ordered fried rice with three meals, but two of them came with white rice instead. I mentioned to the young lady that I had requested fried rice. When my wife called her back to clarify, the young lady insisted that I had ordered incorrectly. No thanks. I used to go there regularly because they had good, affordable food and friendly staff, but that’s no longer the case.

I visited this restaurant tonight and had a truly disappointing experience. After waiting 45 minutes for my order, it arrived incorrect, and the food was subpar. The egg rolls were overcooked and fried in old oil, and they also forgot three items from my order. On top of that, the staff member I interacted with was rude. As someone who works in customer service, I can confidently say this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had.
