Feedback gevenI entered the restaurant with coupons in hand, hoping to avoid any confusion with my order like I had in the past when using coupons or the drive-thru. I ordered the family meal and showed the cashier my coupon for a free tostada. However, when she gave me the total, she had charged me for the tostada. I asked her to fix the mistake before swiping my card, but she still charged me for it. When I asked the young man at the register for help, he said he couldn't fix it. I waited for 15 minutes for a manager to help me reverse the charge, but it still doesn't show on my account. I will now have to dispute this with my bank. To make matters worse, the rude young male cashier gave my to-go order to another family who mistakenly took it to their table before realizing it wasn't theirs. The cashier then tried to give me the same food, which was unacceptable. The staff seemed horribly untrained and I was extremely disappointed that I spent $40 for a meal that was nothing like what I had ordered. What should have been a 15-minute trip ended up taking almost 45 minutes due to the mistakes and confusion.
I ordered a double chicken avocado salad. Perfect balance of proteins and vegetables. They are very light on the dressing so it?s perfect if you?re trying to cut back on calories. The avocado is always fresh and flavorful. Fast and friendly service. Clean environment. Restrooms could use additional cleaning.
Apparently they don't like to offer any sauces at all even if you pick them for your order. If they charge for each sauce that's fine but it needs to be updated in each platform. But to not include ANY sauce at all to eat with 6 pieces of their chicken just ruined the food.
Bathroom was nasty. If I would have seen it before we ordered we would have LEFT! Dirty tables with cleaning bucket sitting on one. Food was bland, mild salsa was bland, pico wasn't exciting, rice had no flavor, chicken was cooked perfectly but lacked flavor, bean juice completely saturated my bowl. Food was so unappealing and not enjoyable so we refused to finish our food. Compared to the other locations (Avondale and Buckeye) this was very disappointing. There is a serious need for MANAGEMENT at this location. The music was too loud and the employees clearly don't care about customer service or doing their job. Especially when people enter the lobby!!! Welcome people and don't leave them standing there wondering who is going to help them. With us in the lobby and 1 car in the drive thru I'm sure they weren't that busy. Nobody walked around cleaning tables or checked the restaurant in a good 20-30 minutes. There was NO ice tea at 5:45pm. Tons of places to eat around there!!!
Great service, but they don't sell my favorite order from Taquitos?? all other items are good and fresh. Love their chicken dishes and drinks selection.
