Pilot Travel Center - Avondale

This semi parking lot is a zoo! Every time I come here there are homeless people hanging around. The shower has good water pressure, but is need of repairs. The staff is always very pleasant.

Worst pilot I've been too. Trash overflowing because I was told they don't have anywhere for trash because the dumpster is full, and also restrooms closed because I was told the store had no toilet paper! Maybe go to Walmart for TP to get you by, just anidea. How many truck drivers do you think ended up going to the bathroom in the parking lot because of this??

Very small food Selection did not have but I was looking for. To employees in the ladies room we?re talking so loud they were almost yelling and cussing. Super unprofessional. And other staff was very dismissive of me. No place to take a dog out if youhave one in your truck. It was surrounded by homeless people that wouldn?t leave me alone and kept asking me if I wanted mywindows washed. We both felt unsafe. The only good thing I can say about this place was it was clean.

Really enjoy the customer service from this store, especially Jennifer. She really has the ability to make you laugh, even when it's a 109° outside. She truly is an asset to your business. Keep up the great work.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking lot fills up fast . Selection of sodas limited for anything diet. Snacks plentiful with a variety. The bean to coffee was not working , which was a bummer, but I found a decent replacement. Laundry room issmall with only 2 washers and 4 dryers 2 of which were out of order , but how many do you really need with only 2 washers.The working ones worked great! The shower room appeared clean and the water pressure was amazing and hot !! However , always,ALWAYS wear shower shoes of some kind!! IYKYK It's fairly quiet in this location while I was here, other than the normaltruck stop noise.
