Taco Bell - Ayer

First time here. From NY and let me say they customized what my kids wanted and it was perfect. We got there 30min before they closed but they were fresh and good. Definitely recommend this taco bell

Hands down the WORST taco bell location in Massachusetts. I tried going there twice this past weekend and they were not open for business (some worker stopped us in the parking lot as we drove up and said they're short staffed and not taking orders. So,why are you just chilling in the parking lot then if you're closed? We went back the next day and they said they're only takingmobile orders meanwhile their online ordering system DOESN'T work! So you have to do grubhub and pay way more and waitFOREVER! McDonald's and Wendy's down the road is always open and never turns people away. If I was the owner of this locationI'd be firing everyone who is there and try to get new people staffed cause the ones who are there don't work!

I went in to order as usual. I sat down to eat, and not sure if the manager knew I was there, but she was screaming at employees talking negatively about an employee that walked out. My problem here is lack of professionalism and how she stood there and gaslighted a bunch of kids. I'll never go back here and be sure to take things to corporate to file a complaint. I was embarrassed to even be there. A manager is supposed to help employees and provide a safe workplace. Would give this place negative stars if I could, I understand it’s not necessarily the employees fault but I ordered through the app, 15 minutes after I orders they told me at the drive through they weren’t accepting any more orders, my food is already paid for, and they are prioritizing mobile orders. I was told it would be an additional 25 minute wait, meanwhile the workers are just smoking weed in their car. DO NOT COME TO THIS TACO BELL EVER. Only allow you to order from thr app half the time, which doesn't work half the time. Additionally, the staffers will get upset if you are on thr property using they app that they tell you to use to place an order. There's a McD's and a Wendy's nearby, and this Taco Bell does their advertising for them.
