Burger King - Azle

Our drive thru man was Billy and might I say he absolutely made my day. Billy deserves a raise. Amazing people skills. I would come back just to talk to Billy again. Food is always good too!

Sat at the drive through for five minutes without even being greeted and noticed the vehicle next to me was also waiting without a greeting so I went to Subway across the street and got my sandwich made and left before the drive through had processed 2 cars. And the vehicle behind me was still waiting to order when I left Subway.

Wow, what a difference in the food from the past few months ago. Our burgers were hot and fresh. It was just perfect like it was when Burgers King started out. Staff was great and fast service. We will come back.

We’ve come here in the evening and everything’s been great. However this morning that was not the case. I’m not sure who was working this morning but the older woman was so rude. My husband and I have never been in the morning so we did have some questions. The girl who took our order was nice but we could hear the older woman mouthing off in the background but we didn’t say anything. After we ordered and pulled up to the first window there wasn’t anyone there so we figured we were supposed to go to the second window. When we got to the second window the older woman started yelling at us from the first window to come back. Once we got there we apologized and said we didn’t see anyone there so that’s why we had pulled forward and she said “well yeah because I hadn’t gotten here yet” very rudely. We will gladly take our business elsewhere since your employees clearly don’t know how to talk to customers.
