We have booked bashful butler for the backyard wedding of our daughter. ben has a complete understanding of a fabulous menu, timing for a big event. eating was absolutely perfect, delicious combinations sensational presentation. chris ran the event her a team was extremely professional in our house. chris has taught the A team to manage, etiquette all these elements that make the difference of catering staff in someone home.

Attended a wedding at Hurst Ranch. Help my friend with decorating .Wasnt too impressed at first but....when i returned for the reception....wow! Everything was perfect. Staff was professional and on top of everything. I ended up booking Hurst Ranch for my daughters sweet 16.

Bashful Butler was responsive and helpful along every step of the way.They were upfront about the services, fees, available materials (linens, decor, tables, chairs), and setup options.The venue options were great for what we were looking for. We were able to view the venues that Bashful Butler has contracts with and we were able to have taste tests of the food prior to selecting our buffet meal. The price of food, service, and venue were within our budget. Seemingly affordable for our 100 guests wedding ceremony and reception compared to other companies. The vendors that are recommended by Bashful Butler were also great and booking them to add to the look and decor of the venue made the reception hall even more beautiful.My guests LOVED LOVED LOVED the food. Mashed potatoes is the way to go! The only sad thing was the food stays on the property. There’s no “to-go” or “left overs” so eat up! Of course, this was also shared up front prior to booking and we decided it was okay, they mentioned the left overs were provided to shelters. Something about a California Law and them not being classified as a restaurant. This could be a deal breaker for some, but if it’s not, eat up at the reception!For this particular venue, Azusa Woman’s Club, the chairs for the reception hall are basic conference/ballroom chairs. Metal legs with blue cushions. I researched and purchased chair covers and ribbon sashes from a closing business in order to decorate to my liking the reception hall. You may be interested in renting chairs or finding chair covers like these if your tastes don’t include blue chair cushions. If interested, I’ll sell mine.And the day of, there was a team lead for the food, who personally loaded up the bride and groom plates and served it to them. What a lovely touch so the rest of the guests and personal wedding planner could continue with the very busy reception.I’m so happy with Bashful Butler.

On September 04,2022 I got the privilege to married with my now wife. Everything was exceptional in the Hursh Ranch Historical Center, in West Covina. Moreover, the food was delicious, and many of my family members loved it. Thanks to Donna and Bashful Butler.
