Chipotle Mexican Grill - Azusa

The servings are so small now... Protein servings are halved compared to a few months ago and rice is undercooked.

Good burrito bowls but very skimpy with the meat and cheese. Ordered online. Disappointed with the value.

This is first time I'm disappointed in Chipotle. This location is straight from horror movies. Dirty inside and disgusting. all containers looks like the unsanitary street food that we watch on social media videos. really dirty and bad food. rice was raw. meat taste horrible and dry. guacamole so weird taste . I don't want to be negative but this location had nothing positive also the first guy attitude also horrible. is this how you do business at Chipotle? any SOP? anyone checking cleanliness of store? Never had negative experience in any other Chipotle until this one. not coming back

Every chipotle is really good unless they don’t scoop a lot but they did and it was goooood!

Order was 12 minutes past the pick up time. Chips were not crisp, more chewy. Odd. Won’t go back.
