Kotsu Ramen Gyoza - Azusa

I ordered the spiciest dish, and it was delicious with a generous portion size.

I bumped my rating up to 4 stars once I found out they use real dishes when you dine in. The ramen and gyozas are excellent and filling! Updated from previous review on 2024-01-16

I tried the Tonyu Flame, and wow, it was incredibly spicy but absolutely delicious! The creaminess was a nice surprise, as I haven't encountered that in vegan ramen broths before. I definitely want to have it again!

The family went for dinner. We tried the vegan matcha ramen, tonyu ramen and tonyu kick ramen. All were good, the matcha didn’t taste much different from the plain tonyu. The tonyu kick was spicier but not much, next time I will get the tonyu flame which is supposed to be very hot. All were very tasty but slightly sweet broth but it was rich and had a nice mouthfeel. The vegan gyoza were delicious. Will definitely go again

Many of their flavors can be made vegan. The Vegan Matcha Madness is freaking delicious!
