Ahel El Karam - Baabda

The first thing you can notice in this restaurant is how friendly and welcoming the server are.

The location of the restaurant is nowhere special really.. The food wasn't delicious (even the hot potatoes was tasteless.. how can you go wrong with this). Service isn't great, we had to call waiters over and over for every request. I don't recommend this place.

Very bad service. First I called on saturday to ask if Privileb Card is working, and the answer was yes. On Sunday, 2 hours before I go there, I get a call that it's not, eventhough the Privileb application shows that it should be active. The restaurant decided to stop it without consultin the company back and that's against their contract. Still, I decided to go there because I didn't want to cancel my reservation. Shisha came a bit late and it wasn't that good. We ordered a burger and a pizza. 10 minutes later or more the waitress come to our table and tell us that the oven is not operational and that our pizza can't be delivered. I stood up and left, I will never go back there.

The food is excellent and the service is fast and good, also in the ramadan. very generous and rich meals too. However, you have to park in the restaurant, although the road is full of parking. just park outside if you don't want to pay for the parking lot.
