The Vexican Food Truck - Baal

Nice foodtruck which was fully vegan when i visited it. I ordered nachos with chili and cheese sauce and it tasted great!

Discovery at Oxfam Slow Fashion days at Tour Taxis in Brussels. It's a nice Mexican style vegetarian food truck and nice staff. The food is vegetarian, now they can make it vegan on demand.

I was really excited to try this restaurant because they are very accommodating for vegans. However, I found the food to be lacking in flavor and the portions were smaller than expected for the price. I hope they can improve by adding more seasoning, increasing portion sizes, and transitioning to a fully vegan menu. It was impressive to see that they already make their own vegan cheese and sour cream.

Delicious and affordable. Great choice for Mexican food lovers!
