Burger King - Babergh

I took my grandson to the Burger King at the Copdock Exchange. They advertised a children's meal for £3, which was supposed to include a burger, chips, a drink, and a toy. However, when I did not receive the toy with the meal and inquired about it, I was told that they do not provide toys with the meal. Considering the high cost of my chicken royal meal, which only came with about 20 chips, and the children's meal, the total cost came to £10.87, which I found to be poor value. Having to explain to a 4 year old that the restaurant had not kept their promise in their advertising has left a bad impression on me, and I do not plan on returning anytime soon.

The restaurant was empty and there were only a few cars in line, but I still had to wait for over 15 minutes. When I asked about the delay, all I got was a shrug. The food was lukewarm and not appetizing. I'll stick to McDonald's where the service is quick and the food is fresh and hot.

Awful service the few times I’ve been there. Every time it’s been the moody girl with the personality of a wet fish asks for you order, near enough chucks it out the window at you. I’ve have driven off without my food before because she was that rude. Asked for napkins and sauce, apparently they had run out. Just terrible.

We were heading back to Annan after spending a couple of days with my daughter in Raydon. As the Tesco was closed we couldn't get sandwiches so we headed to the burger king. Joy and delight at 8.30am in the morning we were the only people there. A Veggie breakfast roll and a full on meaty one for me, both with lovely mini hash browns a latte and a tea and it all came came to £15.00. Excellent valua and service and yes they passed the toilet test, immaculate but why no mirrors, i need to remind myself of my rugged good looks now and again. :

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a burger at the drive-thru and received abysmal service from a rude teenage girl with no manners. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The burger was also very disappointing.
