Un lugar que enamora! El servicio es excelente, la comida es una obra de arte saludable y deliciosa, precios muy justos Amo y volveré definitivamente Actualización: Pues volví y me decepcionó un poco, la primer vez el avocado toast estaba preparado de una forma abundante en ingredientes y sabor. La segunda vez preparado diferente y muy austero. La sensación de haber probado algo excepcional la primer vez y después querer repetir lo mismo no sucedió. No es agradable esa sensación, lleve a un invitado y quedé mal. Mas no puedo quejarme del servicio y el lugar, son excelentes!!!! Pd. Ya ni foto le tomé a la segunda vez, quede en shock

Waanzinnige leuke en relaxte plek in Bacalar om met gemak een groot deel van je dag door te komen (ochtend én avond). Ze hebben alleen vegetarisch (en veganistisch), wat allemaal top smaakt. Je betaalt misschien iets meer dan normaal voor Mexicaanse begrippen, maar het is het helemaal waard (je krijgt royale porties, met name bij het fruit smorgens). Er hangt een hele leuke sfeer met handpan muziek op de achtergrond. Ideale plek om een dagje uit te rusten, spelletjes te spelen, bij te praten en je in de watten te laten leggen. Ook leuk zijn de gratis huisgemaakte kombucha vooraf en de thee met kokosballetjes na afloop!

This is my second visit to Agni. As a resident of Bacalar, I want them to thrive. Neither time have I enjoy the food. Today I ordered avocado toast. How hard could it be? The presentation was beautiful but the toast had more peanut butter than avocado. I like peanut butter but not on my avocado toast. I’d suggest asking what is in their creative recipes to prevent surprises. I’d have chosen something else. Also it had cranberries which I find way too sweet. The agua was delicious and I definitely recommend the kombucha.

This quaint restaurant on the plaza is likely the best 100% vegan restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. The recipes are creative, the delivery of the food to the table is timely, the service is top-quality and the attitude of all the staff is friendly, humble and welcoming.
