Golden Valley Chinese - Bacchus Marsh

We visited on New Year's Eve, and the staff were very efficient. The food was excellent, served in bowls and kept hot. Thank you for a lovely evening!

I absolutely love their combination omelette! However, I've always been curious as to why they need to check with the chef before making it.

Spam fried rice. I wanted to give something local a shot in Bacchus Marsh. Honestly, I've adjusted my expectations living here, but when the fried rice arrived without any condiments, bland, and featuring spam, it truly took things to a whole new low. I also tried the special, Volcanic Beef, which was just alright. I suspect the main dishes might be better than the rice overall.
