Zenith Resto Bar - Bacong

Had only two nights, but I loved my stay here. super friendly staff, immaculate clean room, everything worked and very central in anda. eating options are also reasonable, they have live acoustic music evenings.

I'm tied to see how this place has any positive reviews. we have registered for our booking on booking.com. we came to the building to find it was empty. Someday someone came from the street to tell us he'll call someone. At some point someone else came to tell us they're calling someone to check us out. then finally check in and into the room, felt like I was made in such a hotel room for a horror movie. both hand towels were stained through and through with several colored spots, the bed was crawling with ants, bed sheets were dirty, there was no hot water (all, completely ice-cold water only,) toilet was dirty. the room consisted in a round of a dirty bed, a dirty toilet, dirty towels and that's all. Once again, no one is preset, just walk out and let the keys in the door. I'm aware of it and I'm close to accommodation, but this place is just dirty. on the plus side worked the ac.

We had a great time at the restaurant Zenith. The rooms and bar were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all our questions about Filipino culture. We tried the minestrone soup, spaghetti bolognese, three salads, and the American breakfast, all of which we enjoyed. Unfortunately, we were so eager to eat that we forgot to take photos. The cocktails were delicious, although the first one was a bit weak for our taste. The bartender kindly added more tequila until it was just right for us.

In February 2022 at 11:00am, after a long journey from Panglao to Anda, we arrived at this restaurant feeling very tired and sleepy. The employees had to call someone else to find out the price as they were unsure. Despite this, we were able to get a table. The place looked clean and tidy but after a few minutes of sitting, we started feeling itchy all over our bodies and noticed bites. It turned out there were bed bugs in the bed, which was dusty underneath the sheets. We ended up using hand towels as makeshift bed sheets. Due to exhaustion, we didn't inform the staff and simply left the key on the door at 5:00pm when no employees were around.

The restaurant is comfortable and convenient, located just a few meters from the beach, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful night's sleep away from the bustling beachfront events. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Keep in mind that there are a lot of stairs, which could be a challenge for those with kids or seniors, but it's definitely worth it.
