Berghofstuble - Bad Bellingen-Hertingen

We always come to Berghofstuble because it always provides great food and service. It's not complicated, it's just everything I've eaten here is wonderful quality and we'll always feel very welcome. It was pretty busy so booking a table is a must. If you weren't here, it's worth making the effort. It is not cheap, but neither is it excessively expensive and for the offered foods and services I would say that the price is right. Hopefully we'll be back to Berghofstuble soon.

We had a nice dinner. The price is high in German comparison, but reasonable for the area. Service was very friendly, wine list good. Food was excellent, and investments in detail (flowers, glasses... was obvious. Points that could benefit from the slight improvement: some formal dressing for the service, a set menu. From these points it is clear that this is highly criticised. Quality of kitchen speaks for itself. Very recommended.

Since we find this restaurant 2 years ago, we celebrate birthdays, anniversary and any other excuse we can find here. The food is fabulous, seasonal, modern and overall extremely well cooked, with attention to detail and taste that you will find nearby. The service is excellent and it balance fine food with local restaurant perfect. It is a little difficult to find initially how it sits above the city, but it offers an amazing view and really worth booking a taxi from the city or driving. We love it, I hope you do it.

I first came here about 5 years ago and whenever in the area visiting family I would always pick 'The Berghofstuble ' to come to for a special evening out. I love the fact that though its a top class restaurant, it feels relaxed, and almost informal. A restaurant within a pub kind-of-feel. Saying that, the conservatory area for eating is quite special. The service here is very good and the staff have a thorough knowledge of the dishes served. But its the food that is so good. I don 't know whether this place has a michelin star or another accolades, but thats not important.........you can 't eat the certificates........but you must try the food here. Its really excellent, I had the lamb with the herb crust and wild mushrooms, it was spectacular. Just to mention..........I am always happy to be critical about aspects of a restaurants service or food offering, but with Berghofstuble there isn 't anything to be critical of. You must give this restaurant a chance and book a table when you can.

I only found this restaurant in September and my husband and I love it. Fantastic food, great service and a beautiful setting. It is a bit hard to find but well worth it when you do. Truly the best restaurant we have found in the area outwith the 2 Michelin star category. Cannot praise it enough.
