Sonnenhotel Amtsheide - Bad Bevensen

The hotel was very central, the rooms were very spacious and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. above all was the wellness area, there you could really relax in the sauna and the whirlpool. the pool had a good size to swim its tracks. I would book the hotel at any time. room: 5 service: 4 location: 5.

I was there for three days. I got a single room under the roof. It smelled weird when I got into the room. then I saw on the re.side at the slanted that it was overcrowded. even at night, no one was at the reception even when in the first night was fire alarm. no one came from the hotel if we got out well. the woman needs a roller. no one looked out for them! a luck it was a nasty, so this hotel is to be pampered and that at 4 stars. Which they have always got is a riddle to me. also I had on the second day I was in the hotel was birthday. at breakfast it would not be possible that I got my bouquet from my children. when I told the complaint, the service we had covered in there for them. it was a table for 2 people without reservation on my name.
