A true gem in Bad Doberan! The monastery kitchen impresses with a wonderful combination of traditional and modern cuisine, prepared from regional ingredients of the highest quality. The service is very warm and attentive, the ambience right at the monastery is unique and atmospheric. What was particularly impressive was how artfully and lovingly the food was decorated on the plates almost too good to eat. An all round perfect experience. We'd love to come back! Tip: There is an inexpensive parking lot right next door, and in the area it is definitely worth taking a walk through the Johann Sebastian Bach Garden, to the Doberan Minster, to the monastery ruins and throughout Bad Doberan.
