Arkade - Bad Ems

While everything in the old Kaiser's beloved Bad EMS is simply beautiful and a time warp into pure Prussian architecture, one would expect a slightly better cafeteria in such a prominent riverside location. However the service was nice but qualities of cookies, prefab tart, tea and... coffee are only on a very low standard.

Try the classic flammkuchen but leave room for a nice piece of cake. all a delicious. so check out the vein and take your pick! Cocktails are tempting too

For one reason or another, we often found ourselves at this place for lunch, a drink, or dinner. It is very nicely located, with an excellent terrace. Inside it's quite cramped en very much a cafe or pub rather than a restaurant. We found the food mediocre for...More We can recommend this place for the terrace and a drink or two in the daytime. For dinner, we recommend going to the nearby city of Koblenz.

From one reason or another, we were here often for lunch or dinner. it is very beautifully located, with an excellent terrace. Inside it is rather narrow and more a caffe or pub than a restaurant. . . we found eating for dinner moderately and the service not very attentive. we can recommend this place for the terrace and one or two drinks during the day. for dinner we recommend to drive to nearby town koblenz
