My daughter gave me a garden view arrangement, two nights for 257 euro, so sinful expensive. in the first night I wanted to relax in the sauna, but far missed. around 21:05 I was in the sauna when the saunas and lights were turned off, an hour too early. I got away because I thought I was locked up there, ran out. the heart of the recipe meant that the shutdown was planned for an hour too early. with my room I had bad luck and two nights can hardly sleep. the whole time when a machine is switched on and off in the lower spaces and a frumm has made sleep impossible. the hotel died for me, with these trips something must not happen. I wanted to be compensated by the hotel, but was rejected.

Central hotel with a proud price. Very good breakfast. Dinner Average, service also. Pool and hot tub unfortunately cold because of energy-saving measures. Our daughter got sick right away. Had to go earlier, credit for the day we had to leave earlier because of the illness of the child was not granted. Older room facilities. Moderate friendly, little interested in the guest.

Beautiful views, feel-good concept, warm staff, but the rooms in the living area were more like an 80s youth club than a room in a 4-star hotel. It was a fraud! Nevertheless, a total of 4 stars for the successful overall package and the big employees! Rooms: 1 Service: 3 Location: 5.

The service in the restaurant was very attentive, the food delicious. The sauna area was clean and we were lucky that hardly people were there. This made us calm. At the reception something went wrong with our reservation, but otherwise everything was done and I can recommend the day spa

The stay at the hotel was very nice. The staff was very accommodating and interested in fulfilling all the wishes. A change of room (because Friday morning was drilled directly in the room next to it and you no longer understood your own word) was of course. The 3-course menu was very high quality and also the amount was right. Breakfast was great! The staff in the restaurant was very professional and accommodating both in the morning and in the evening.The wellness area itself is beautiful and very clean. When the water around the pool stood on the rivers, the guests have slipped in rows. This should be taken into account in the future.At least clear minus gets the hot tub. Unfortunately, this had no normal whirlpool temperatures. There has also been no change in this circumstance for multiple demand and multiple requests. Also the guests who stayed with us in the wellness area came with the words “that I presented differently...” or “...you get goose bumps.” from the hot tub. I understand the fact of the energy crisis, but I would rather like to turn off the saunas if they are not used (as is the complete Sunday morning) Bzw. to allow the guests to turn them on their own if necessary. A hot tub belongs to the wellness for many, and I was very happy this weekend. Unfortunately, this was a great disappointment for us.
