Ausflugsziel Gasthaus Siriuskogl

I am originally from bad ischl, but for more than 10 years here. this place is my number a recommendation for friends visiting the inner saline. last time I was there after I discovered 8 food intolerances that I should avoid, and that's the only saturation that felt welcome. not only can they always tell them if they have allergies or do not like anything before they prepare to eat them, they are thrilled about it and go out of their way to take them! I actually went there twice in a week and had the surprise menu (they decide about 3, 5 or 7 courses, they tell them if they have any preferences and both paints we have completely different meal times (how can they come with 3 unique and delicious courses plus two courses on the house twice?! tomateneis as part of the starter?! yes, please! the staff is super friendly and they are going out of the way to give them a great time. Beyond that, the location is great, especially if the weather is beautiful, there is a playground, some animals and the 15min foot down the small hill is the perfect to digest

Climb their reward after a twenty-minute or so. a particularly beautiful place with warm weather for the view over the city and the surrounding mountains from the outside terrace. I enjoyed my breakfast of juicy sausage, apple juice sprayed and coffee, all for 17,20 €

Nach einem schweißtreibenden Aufstieg von rund 20 Min (kein Wunder bei 31 Grad), haben wir dieses nette Ausflugsgasthaus erreicht. Die Bedienung ist flott und sehr höflich, das Essen gut und der Ausblick einmalig. Was will man mehr! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir gehen meist wegen des guten Weines hinauf, es gibt aber jede Menge gutes Essen und interessante, oft selbst kreierte Getränke(-Mischungen). Lauter junges Personal, alles sauber und teils völlig neu möbliert, gestrichen,... Ich muss den jungen Wirtsleuten gratulieren zu dem, was sie hier geschaffen haben und jeden Tag leisten!

Super relaxte und freundliche Atmosphäre, extrem nettes Service mit guter Beratung und Erfüllung individueller Wünsche. Küche prima, regional und frisch, gleichzeitig sehr originell. Ganz toll das hausgemachte Eis, besonders Basilikum. Getränketipp: Kaltenhausener Bier probieren!
