Kleine Kappl - Bad Neualbenreuth

Neualbenreuth, not far from the border to the Czech Republic, offers not only the spa complex Sibyllenbad. Numerous cycling routes, a campsite and various inns invite you to stay at any time. On a small trip around the village we both came to the small Kappl, a pilgrim church. We wanted to see each other. Unfortunately, the entrance was perfectly secured and closed. Shame! An image on the local website shows the beauty of the interior of the small church. If we had no 37 years of marriage together, you would have a wedding. And the inn is next! The friendly, yes very good service also brought the cards. ZOIGLbier 0.5 ltr to €2.40 had to be! Boiler meat, a serving with sauerkraut and black bread for 6,80€ for me!!! DIe Gattin prefers a pot of coffee, €2.80 and a serving of cake ham filled with vanilla ice cream, with cream and fruit for €3.00. Everything was quickly brought to the table with some nice words. The woman was full of praise over papkins and coffee... My zoiglbier (production history, please googlen was prepared by an excellent full-bodied taste, the hem meat was abundantly portioned and the sour wort was also tastefully very appealing. The black bread was also freshly baked and tastefully perfect. Drops of wormwood: The annoying puppies on the terrace that spoils the stay somewhat. But the team can't do that! During our stay in Neualbenreuth we had dinner at 'Kleine Kappl ' a homely and rural restaurant with delicious food for fair prices. As it was cold outside, we could not use the terrace, but it must be lovely during Spring and Summer time. The staff is very nice and recommend the locals dish of the day go for the smoked trout it 's mouth watering!
